Mohawk River boat rides provides a comfortable and memorable cruise along the Mohawk River to Lock 7 on luxury tri-Toon boat originating from the Mohawk Harbor in Schenectady New York, directly below Druthers Brewery and Restaurant and then adjacent to Rivers Casino & Resort.

We travel East on the river going under different bridges, some still active and others taken down years ago with historic value from the Erie Canal days.
We pass the sleepy and quaint Hamlet of Alplaus on the south eastern corner of the town of Glenville, then onto view the wonderful remains of the historical aqueduct that still stands. We will travel past high cliffs of Rexford and the rolling hills of Niskayuna and Vischers’ Ferry until we stop and turn at Lock 7, where you will see the Lock 7 dam and hydro-plant on the river.
Returning, we will pass by the Rivers Casino and view Schenectady‘s historical Stockade waterfront.
The Boat
Our boat is a 25 foot Premier/Alante tritoon powered by a 225 hp Mercury. We have four large reclining captains chairs and two U-shaped lounge chairs comfortably holding a total of eight adults. Our boat has an extended Bimini top covering 3/4 length of the boat. The boat will be docked just below Druthers Brewery and Restaurant.

Boat rides Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be available and longer excursions upon request. Great for parties, birthdays, office events, special occasions and gatherings of the like.
The boat ride is two hours. You are asked to show up 15 minutes before departure time.
Join us on Fridays 4-6 PM only or Saturdays or Sundays from 11 AM to 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, or 4 PM to 6:00 PM.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
The Boat FARES
All to our trips are $55 per person for a two-hour trip. Rent our entire boat for $440 for a two-hour trip. Four and six-hour trips are available on request.
Please dress appropriately- sweaters are suggested. You may bring your snacks and refreshments. Please no coolers larger than a six-pack. The boat has one large cooler for any refreshments. Complementary waters are available.

Meet Your Captain
My name is George Kozer! I am currently a semi retired business owner that have lived in both Guilderland and Niskayuna for the past 25 years. I have always had a love and respect for the water. My experiences on a boat span from fishing offshore for gamefish on Long Island with my 28 foot Grady White, to a 33ft houseboat on the great Sacandaga.
I am United States Coast Guard veteran who served both as an aviation structural mechanic and helicopter air search and rescue-man. I served in a division called Alpat, Alaska patrol where my helicopter and our small crew were deployed on the back of a 274 foot Coast Guard cutter‘s for three week periods where we patrolled the Aleutian chain performing search and rescue missions in the Bering Sea for the commercial crab and fishing industry.
I look forward to showing everyone a relaxing, safe, and beautiful trip on the stunning Mohawk River.

Trips are $55 a person with a maximum of 8 people. $440 for the entire boat for two hours.
All rides are a two-hour trip. Four and six-hour trips are available upon request. Great for parties, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, special occasions, office events, and more.
All reservations must be made 24 hours in advance or they will not be accepted.
Custom rides from 2-6 hours are available upon request.
The captain has the right to cancel any trip due to inclement weather with a full refund. The captain will make the decision one or two hours before departure time.
The US Coast Guard requires it all children must wear a U.S.C.G. Certified and approved personal flotation device, PFD. At all times with no exceptions. PDFs are supplied for children ages 4 and above.
